This is a wonderful small cookbook to have if you like salads...or a way to add variety to your meals! By Ventura Books, published in 1982, it is 44 pages (about 5 x 7), it gives you salads featuring fruits, vegetables, and meats.
It's illustrated in black and white and in excellent condition. Former owner's name is on inside cover, but cover and pages are clean, tight, and ready to work!

PAYMENT METHODS: Your purchase may be paid for through Paypal, Google, money order, cashier's check, or personal check. We try to ship within 2 business days after receipt of payment. If you send a personal check, please allow about 10 days for bank clearance before shipping.
RETURNS: We offer a refund if the item is not as represented, and if the item is returned in the same condition as sent. Item must be returned within 5 days after being received by the buyer.
SHIPPING: This is one cost that always has to be figured in when buying on line; we try to keep it as reasonable as possible. (I prefer to think of it as saving you the cost of a shopping trip!) On multiple purchases shipping will be happily combined to save costs for the buyer.
Most books and music can be shipped by Media Mail which is the least expensive method. If you need faster service, please ask us for a quote for either First Class or Priority Mail.
For international buyers accurate amounts are extremely important and vary widely from country to country. We consider each request carefully...and should we overcharge on an estimate, we will refund any amount over $1.00.
INSURANCE: Recommended on any fragile item or valued over $50.00. We pack as carefully as possible but cannot be responsible for how it's handled once it leaves us.
